She gives clear explanations of what the options are step by step and works to ensure that her clients understand the law. In her years of experience, she has recognized the need for competent attorneys who are compassionate and show regard for the needs of each individual client and the unique situation that he or she may be facing.

Misty obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University in Minnesota, where she majored in Environmental Science emphasizing in Hydrogeology with a minor in Geology. In addition, Misty was a four year starter, playing short-stop, for the Bemidji State Softball team.

After graduating from college, she earned her law degree from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. At Drake Law School, Misty received a legislative practice certificate for her work with Iowa Legislator, Representative William Witt, and a member of the Environmental Law Society. In addition, she received a public service certificate for her provision of pro bono legal services.

Misty is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin and concentrates her practice on criminal defense, bankruptcy, domestic relations, and general civil litigation.
